Guild and Raiding Rules - READ BEFORE APPLYING!

Be sure to read all of this wall of text before applying!

Clown is an old guild - most of us are middle aged "old ppl" with jobs, kids wifes and ex wifes.. we play for FUN.
These rules are for making sure - one or two guys doesnt make it fun for the rest of us - who have taken time off from real life -to join a raid.

1: laughter is importante! - leave the drama at home! There might be ppl you like less and there will be ppl you like more. We are all here to enjoy ourself.

Generall raiding rules

Anyone participating in CLOWN raids should have the MINIMUM consumables
5 flasks. (If you know your OS are usually required - please make sure you have an OS flask or two aswell)
1 stack of potions (USE THEM when required)
1 stack of food (for when fish feasts are unavailable)
1 stack of bandages. Not having maxed out first aid - is a sure sign of pure slackyness or ebaying

During the 25 man raid - the Raid leader is BOSS! - His word is finall.
You might do it complelty diffrent in your 10 man grp, and think his tactics are stupid and un necissary - but in order to keep 25 clown running in the same direction - you do as the RL wants.

Ventrillo is MANDATORY! - you do not have to speak (tbh - we prefare if you dont chitt chatt in vent - do this on skype with ya buddies who wants to laugh and fart hight with you..by their choice. We are all diffrent. There are usually always a skype going on beside the vent for all those (me incl) who wanne laugh high and often)

Notify a officer or RL if you need to go AFK.

We expect YOU to stay troughout the whole raid if you signed up for it! (ofc sometime one really have to leave for one or another reason) But just leaving a raid youv signed up for without notice - and 5 sec end up in a random HC or arena - is not accaptable!

DKP

We use DKP (google it if it sound like french to you)
You earn DKP for raids - and you spend the DKP on dropps. We have a "free" bidding system - with a minimum price of 80 dkp on all MS gear. 10 on off-specc gear. Minimum increasement is 10 dkp.

You will only earn - and be able to use dkp - in our 25 icc raids atm.

raid invites and start

Raidinvites are med up in the ingame Calander.
Those who are titled "raiders" have first dibbs on getting invites. If you sign up and accept - WE accpet that you will be on time - fully prepared.
failing in this (ie low attandence - will make you dropp the raid status - and evenetually kicked (if you in your application promised this and that about ALWAYS beeing online and ready) -

raids usually starts at 20:00 - and goes on until 23:00-23:30
We raid icc 25 atlest twice a week.
If you cant raid 2 times a week on a regular basis, and have to leave 22:30 every week, dont bother to aply as a raider.


Dont login 19:59 in ironforge with your HS on CD.......


ADDONS and such

DMB/BigWings is a must for everyone.

Palladins should use pally power or simillar to avoid having 6 palladins in raid, and all buffing kings...

Addons we dont like...

GearScore : why are you interested to see your guildie GS in the middle of raid? do you know that it spams about 60% of the regular addon traffic? As such, GearScore should always be tuned off in raid!

Recount :Not as bad as GearScore, Recount will diminish your raiding performance by affecting your fps and by *talking* to all the others in raid. This addon should have it's synchronization option turned off, you can do it like this: /recount sync. You can re-enable this later using the same command.

DO NOT SPAM RECOUNT IN RAID!!!

To Proove to us you have read these rules, When filling out the application form you will be asked "Have you read and understood the Guild Rules?" you should answer "- BRING IN THE CLOWNS!". Any other answer and we will assume you have lied.
